After earning his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University and working his first post graduate job, a decision to acquire an investment property transformed his thought process and changed his mindset. With a sharp eye for detail and innate ability to recognize high-quality opportunities, Herbert quickly became an expert in the real estate industry with multiple projects ranging from residential, multi-family homes, commercial and lucrative development projects.
Gabriel Henderson brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to the real estate industry. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Psychology/Criminal Justice. After a long career in human resources, she made the decision to pursue a career in real estate investing. She has a real eye for choosing properties, but more importantly, making dreams come true through home ownership. Gabriel currently is dual-licensed in Alabama and Georgia.
House Heist is a multi-faceted project that includes a diverse mix of investments: residential rehabs, new construction, commercial, multi-family apartment communities, and luxury investments. With a passion for all things beautiful; Herbert and Gabriel formed a magical partnership that works. Gabriel’s property expertise along with Herbert’s eye for creativity and design, House Heist can take an abandon foreclosure and transform it to a dream home.
